Pacific Vascular Associates (PVA) is an outpatient clinic specializing in interventional vascular treatments, providing cutting-edge, minimally invasive procedures. We aim to enhance blood circulation and improve the quality of life for individuals affected by peripheral vascular disease (PVD).

Dr. Amr El-Sergany
Dr. Amr El-Sergany, Medical Director of Pacific Vascular Institute, specializes in the management of vascular pathologies including carotid arterial disease, peripheral arterial disease, dialysis access, complex aortic aneurysm, and critical limb ischemia. He also maintains a special interest in the treatment of venous disorders including varicose veins and emerging techniques for treatment of venous stasis ulcers and deep venous thrombosis. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at SJGH in Northern California. He went on to specialize in vascular surgery at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, working alongside some of the pioneers of endovascular surgery. Dr. El-Sergany has spent the last several years serving the community in Oahu and the neighboring islands.

Tomao Rose
Tomao Rose specializes in the medical treatment of vascular disease and has over 19 years of experience in family medicine. She is a graduate of the Interservice Physician Assistant Program–a program that has consistently ranked among the top physician assistant programs in the country. She received a bachelor of science and a master of physician assistant studies degree from the University of Nebraska. Tomao is a 28-year Air Force veteran, retired Lieutenant Colonel, who was proud to utilize her training and skills to practice medicine across the country and throughout the world during her military service. Now that she has returned to civilian life, her accumulated experiences have inspired her to help those in need close to home here in Hawaii.
